macOS Direct Dial-Up Settings (PPPoE)
1. Go to System Settings → Network.
2. Click the “+” button in the lower-left corner to add a new connection.
3. Choose “PPPoE” as the connection type.
4. For Interface, select “Ethernet” (if using a wired connection).
5. Enter the broadband username and password (this information can be found in the email with the subject ‘OCCOM Service Activation Notice’).
6. Click “Connect” and wait for the connection to be established.
📌 Tip: If you’re unable to connect, check the Advanced settings to see if a VLAN ID is required (this may be necessary for certain networks).
