Jenny was incredibly patient, helping me step-by-step to connect to the Wi-Fi. I spent the whole afternoon yesterday trying to figure it out myself and it was driving me crazy.

Sonia has done a very good job to help me resolving my home internet and modem problem this afternoon. She walked me through every single step patiently, and finally fixed all the issues that I encounted today.

As a Chinese international student, I’m very satisfied with Occom’s customer service and the China–Australia fast route.
