Additionally, since the technicians are deployed by our upstream provider, we are unable to monitor their exact location during the visit. However, you will be informed by the technician is on their way and will contact you within the scheduled time slot. Please note that technicians may sometimes arrive a little earlier or later, often within half an hour of the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
