Easy to communicate with setting up router

Very helpful and the problem was solved. My internet has been slow since we've moved in 4 years ago. I tried calling a couple of times in the past and was told to turn it off and back on again. The best I had in the past was 25mbps. The technician I spoke to today pointed out that my internet was connected in the wrong port, she asked me to change it from Lan2 to Lan1. Turned it off and on again. The speed test went up from a6mbps to 60 Mbps. It's no telstra cable speed but it is the best we've had in this house since we've moved in, in 2021.
